At BrownBubble, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Because every product is custom-made specifically for you, our return policy is slightly different from large retail chains.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

We offer a full replacement or refund for any items that arrive damaged, defective, or with a printing error.

How to report an issue: If you receive a flawed item, please contact us at brownbubble@proton.me within 30 days of delivery. To speed up the process, please include:


  1. Your order number.

  2. A clear photo of the damage/defect.

We will review the issue and arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you immediately. You do not need to return the damaged item.

2. Returns for Size, Color, or "Change of Mind"

Because every product is legally considered a "custom-made" good produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, color discrepancies, or buyer’s remorse.

Please Note:


  • We provide detailed size charts on every product page. We strongly recommend measuring a similar item you already own and comparing it to our size chart before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit.

  • Once an order is sent to production, we cannot cancel or edit it.

3. Incorrect Address

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout, we cannot offer a refund. We can reship the order to the correct address, but the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

4. Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit and the carrier confirms it was not delivered, we will send a replacement free of charge.


  • Note: If the tracking states "Delivered" but you cannot find it, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement. Please contact the carrier directly.

5. Where to Send Returns

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Since we utilize a distributed network of fulfillment centers, sending an item back to the address on the shipping label may result in the package being lost or rejected. Always contact brownbubble@proton.me first so we can guide you on the correct steps.
