Shipping & Delivery
At BrownBubble, we believe in sustainable production. Every product you order is made specifically for you instantly after you place your order. This prevents overproduction and waste, but it means our shipping process takes a little longer than mass-market retailers.
Here is what you need to know about getting your order.
1. Processing Time (When will my order ship?)
Because we create every item on-demand, please allow time for your order to be produced and quality-checked.
- Standard Processing Time: 2–7 business days.
- Peak Periods: During holidays or sales events, processing times may increase slightly due to high volume.
Note: The "processing time" is separate from the "shipping time." Total delivery time = Processing + Shipping.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has passed our quality check and left our fulfillment center, the carrier will deliver it within the following timeframes:
- USA: 2–5 business days
- Canada: 10–30 business days
- International: 10–30 business days
These are estimates. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination and local postal services.
3. Multiple Packages
To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, we may ship items from different fulfillment centers within our network.
- What this means for you: If you order multiple items (e.g., a mug and a hoodie), they may arrive in separate packages at different times.
- Tracking: You will receive unique tracking numbers for each package.
4. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update in the carrier’s system.
- If you don't see movement immediately, don't worry—your package has likely been scanned and is on its way to the next distribution center.
5. Customs and Import Taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes once it reaches your country.
- BrownBubble is not responsible for collecting or paying these fees.
- These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout.
- We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at brownbubble@proton.me within 30 days of delivery. Include a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a free replacement.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you can't find the package, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If it is deemed lost in transit by the carrier, contact us so we can assist you.
